About THE PEARL BOUTIQUE SUITES

Located at 308 Pierce St, Hollywood, FL 33019, THE PEARL BOUTIQUE SUITES operates as a tennis resort serving Hollywood in Florida. This page gathers the practical details people usually look for before visiting: where it is, how to reach it, when it opens and how customers rate it.

Tennis in the United States is played on three kinds of places: public park courts run by a city or county, member clubs and country clubs with their own pros and leagues, and commercial tennis centers that sell court time by the hour. Public courts are usually free and first come, first served, with a posted limit (often 60-90 minutes when others are waiting); busier cities run online reservation systems with a small fee and a permit for the season. Indoor courts are rented by the hour and booked days ahead in winter. Most facilities are hard courts; clay is common in the Southeast and at private clubs, and grass is rare. Lights extend play into the evening at many parks, sometimes with a coin or app-operated switch.

Hollywood is in Florida, in the Southeast, where summers are long, hot and humid, winters are mild, and afternoon thunderstorms and the hurricane season from June to November can change plans at short notice. US addresses list the street number and name, then the city, state abbreviation and ZIP code, and Hollywood follows the same pattern; a suite or apartment number such as Ste 200 refers to a unit inside the building. The map link on this page shows the exact spot.

Stayed there 3 nights for the 4th of July with my 2 kids and wife. Very well close to everything. Staff was very helpful and was on top of our every need. Rooms were very clean. My wife loved the full sized fridge and stove. Will definitely stay again.

Beautiful location, amazing price. The staff was amazing! My husband and I had one night alone during our vacation. The hotel we rented from was disgusting. We ended up paying less for this beautifully located, perfectly clean place. AND the staff was so nice they offered to let us check out late. 10/10 would recommend!!!

Brought my mom back in sept for a few days and again Everything was perfect. The owner was very available for anything and everything you might need. Laundry room on site which is a huge bonus coming straight off the beach!!! Thank you for 2 wonderful stays so far, I will never stay anywhere else!!!!

Here's your improved review, keeping it engaging, warm, and to the point: --- My husband and I visited Hollywood, FL, in late January and stayed at The Pearl Boutique Suites, Apt. No. 9. We honestly couldn’t have asked for a better experience! The apartment was spotlessly clean, exactly as advertised, and impressively quiet—especially considering it’s just 100 yards from the beach. Everything we needed was there, making it feel like a true home away from home. When we called management for extra blankets, they showed up within 15 minutes, blankets in hand—talk about service! Jackie and her team were beyond friendly and genuinely committed to making sure guests have an amazing stay. It was a true 5-star experience, and we’ll definitely be back!

I came with my mom to show her the ocean for the first time in her life. I was looking for something budget-friendly, close to the beach, and clean. This place has it all and more! It is super close to the beach—you can literally walk back to your room to use the bathroom or grab a fresh drink from the fridge. The room is very clean and has everything you need for your stay, and if it doesn't, the owners are always there to attend to your needs. Communicating with them was very easy. Because of our early arrival, they let us keep our luggage in a secure room until check-in. We had a great time!
